We offer a bespoke holiday service and I have ultimate responsibility for our guests having an incredible experience. I launched Holiday Designers in 2011 after working in travel for 25 years. I love helping our customers see more of the world. Holiday Designers is not just my work, it’s my passion. I love helping our customers see more of the world through our worldwide holidays to Sri Lanka, Israel and Egypt to name just a few!
My journey through the travel industry has involved representing several Caribbean hotels, working for luxury tour operators and visiting some exquisitely luxurious destinations, particularly in the Caribbean, Indian Ocean & Far East. In my book, there is no substitute for experience!
I am excited by meeting new people and building relationships. Knowing the people who provide the services is critical if we are to offer clients something special.
Relationships with our clients are equally important. We get lots of repeat business and recommendations because our clients trust us and know how much we care about standards and their satisfaction. The team enjoy working with each other too, another key to our success.

At our Woodford Green travel agent, we take care of our customers every step of the journey from enquiry through to booking, with a call pre-departure and one to welcome them home.
Motivational speaker Debra Louise Searle MVO MBE rowed single handed across the Atlantic. I heard her say “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.” It resonated with me and has since changed my business thinking.
Initially we specialised in sending people to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt, but when the UK suspended flights the impact on us was immense. We’ve transformed ourselves to offer many more destinations that befits a Luxury Worldwide Travel company. It’s win, win with happy customers, happy staff and happy suppliers.
By investing in building sincere relationships and a rapport with our clients and delivering the best, we have built an incredible bond. The same goes with our suppliers and our staff. We are reliable and dependable and will always go the extra mile.
I love a challenge and have learnt never to give up and this attitude definitely rubs off on the rest of the team. Holiday Designers has survived the tough times and come out the other side a much stronger company with a whole lots more to offer. I am proud and excited by what more is to come.
